We strive to provide events and activities that fulfill physical, nutritional and social needs of aging adults. Senior Center Now Open Custer Senior Center is now open. Social distancing and hand-sanitizing will be necessary, as well as other recommendations provided by the Custer City Council in their Amended Ordinance #836. Center hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday – Friday. Thank you very much for your cooperation. Services are still limited. Please call the Center at 605-673-2708 for more information. We offer handcrafted items ranging form beautifully knitted baby clothes to recycled greeting cards. It is a great place to buy your next birthday present or holiday gift. Senior Center Rentals The Custer Senior Center offers room rentals, which are suitable for business meetings, birthday parties, wedding showers, baby showers, or any other gathering! Kitchen rental is also available. Very low rental rates. Please call the Custer Senior Center Director for more information and rates: #605-673-2708. Donations The Custer Senior Center is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. The majority of our funding comes from the many fund-raisers that we hold throughout the year and we are always seeking grants. Donations are always very helpful and welcome. If you would like to make a tax-deductible contribution or arrange a memorial gift to the Center please contact our director by phone, mail or email.
